On July 13, 2016, the 24th Inamori Private School World Conference was held in the national hall of Japan’s National Yokohama International Conference Center. Mrs. Meiling Guo, the director of Beijing Inamori Private School and the chairwoman of Century Galaxy, accompanied by the vice-president of Century Galaxy, Baowen Zheng, attended this congress. 4,773 students of Inamori Private School in total from all over the world get together enjoyed the annual event.

In the morning, the students from different places came to the meeting place. They spent time in being familiar with their seat position, taking photos for memory with the excited mood. The conference officially began at 1 pm and asked the students to listen to the speeches attentively. Maybe this is the arrangement of the conference, knowing about heart and taking it as the core.
At 1 pm, the conference officially started. The service angels of each Chinese delegation gave their wonderful reports. Now there are some learning experiences for the participants:
The true operation needs enthusiasm that doubles others’ to work and it is necessary to spare one’s efforts to do things with putting oneself in the mind. The theme of our Inamori Private School is “improving the mind and expanding the business”. In addition, Inamori Private School has two representative edifications. One is 12 operation rules and the other is six viryas.
In my opinion, the order is quite important. Just because the first rule: spare one’s efforts that are not less than anyone, there is the ability of playing for the second rule and the fifth rule. In this way, one can fulfill the scope what he or she can achieve. I think emotional troubles of the sixth rule would also go away.
“spare one’s efforts that are not less than anyone”, this is message what the master conveys to us and also the point that guides our leaders to run business. Based on the first rule, there can be the second rule about virya. The participants are business operators and they and the great master are one-to-one relationship. The master is a sincere and honest teacher like this and the majority of our students are moved by the master’s sincerity, so we get together. As operators, operation is to use the true way of living to battle. The employees’ hearts should be also gathered like the living styles of the management. Under the guidance of the excellent operators, all employees have happy life. We students are spiritual friends, so we should learn from each other and strive for our goals together.
When the conference was over, Mr. Inamori and the participants sang that familiar song together. 4,773 students circled as a big circle to end the beautiful day.
